Who is this Darren Price anyway? A 3D animator who has been working in London at Nexus Productions and has now returned to Sydney, Australia.

Nexus? I've heard of them. Yeah, they're pretty amazing. Clients include Honda, Coke, Renault and Motorola.

So, another Australian in London? Darren and his wife were on a round-the-world backpacking adventure. When they got to London they kind of got trapped by great jobs. But Sydney has called them back with its beautiful people and ugly politicians.

How long were they in london? Almost five years. Softly and Darren lived in East London with their li'l son Iggy and the new boy Baxter. They bought a house and got really comfy.

Now back to Sydney. What does Darren do? He animates using a computer. He works In 3DS Max a lot, and uses a computer pretty much every day. Its all pretty hard to explain...

Wow, computers... yeah, yeah, everyone's got one. He's been really enjoying painting backgrounds in gouache for his 'Potapych' movie... and using a computer to fix them up.

Potapych? Darren received a generous grant from Channel 4 and Blackwatch to direct and produce a short film.
